wow, good question, charles... though i'm not sure i have an answer. i know that for me personally, i've had pretty intense experiences that made it perfectly clear what my mission on Earth is. but i also have more mundane experiences that reinforce it...

perhaps think about the things you love to do, the things you are happiest doing, that which you would do if money and time and space were no hindrances. your ideal life situation on Earth. when i am in touch with what i most love doing, i recognize that those skills are actually quite essential to my mission. it feels as if they checked me out before they chose me and knew exactly what i'd be happiest doing, and then found a way to make those skills useful to my assignment.

everything about my mission feels completely and totally natural... which is kinda how i know it's my mission!

stay open and receptive to guidance from those who sent us, and i have no doubt that you will know when the time is right.
